When the World Feels Uncertain

There are moments in history when the world becomes heavier to watch. The news from the Middle East reminds us how fragile stability can be. War is something no one truly accepts with ease. We all prefer balance, safety, and the quiet rhythm of everyday life.

And yet history shows something remarkable about human beings: we are marvels of adaptability.

In The Method, I often describe life through the metaphor of navigation. A captain cannot control the sea. He cannot command the wind or stop the storm. What he can control is something far more powerful: how he adjusts the sails and how he chooses his direction.

Strategy, both in business and in life, is never rigid. A good captain constantly recalibrates. The same is true for us.

There are many things happening in the world that we cannot control. But there is one domain that always remains ours: our response and the way we interpret events and protect our inner clarity.

In The Method, alignment begins exactly here, with awareness of what belongs to us and what does not. We do not need to deny reality but we can decide which lens we use to look at the world.

The world may not always be predictable. The way we navigate it remains, always, a choice. Therefore, we have to give life a direction, otherwise the waves will give it a distraction.

And perhaps reflection begins here: If you were the captain of your life today, what would you adjust the wind, or your sails?

With care,
